As a woman in long-term recovery, and an ovarian cancer survivor, my mission is to help mid-life women find their way back to their own power. I create intimate, trauma-informed, alcohol-free retreats where horses do what talking rarely can. They show you, in real time, exactly what you've been avoiding or outrunning. No script. No performance. Just the truth, right there in the round pen. When you spend time with the horses and me, you'll walk away knowing what's been holding you back in a way you haven't been able to reach on your own, and what to do about it, starting the moment you leave.

I hold credentials as a Certified Wayfinder Life Coach, Master Equus Coach Facilitator, and SHE RECOVERS® Coach. But the credential that matters most to the women I work with is the over 17 years of my own recovery I brings to every conversation. I have hosted numerous single day retreats, and will launch multi-day retreats in 2027.
