Sharing Information with Third Parties

We share personal information in the following circumstances:

• With Hosts: When you book or request to book an Experience, we share the information needed to fulfill that booking with the applicable Host, such as your name, contact details, and booking information. This disclosure is made at your direction in order to provide the service you requested.
• With service providers: We use trusted vendors to perform services on our behalf, including Stripe for payment processing and storage of transaction history, Hetzner for hosting our database and storing host and customer account information, MailerLite for managing and storing the details of users who subscribe to our marketing emails, and MailerSend for sending transactional emails. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us and are bound by their respective privacy policies.
• With advertising and analytics partners: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, and we advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. The Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag are active on our site and collect identifiers and usage information, such as device information, IP address, and the pages you visit, for ad targeting and measurement. This disclosure to advertising partners is treated as “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
