The alcohol-free positioning

This is a fully alcohol-free retreat. No alcohol is permitted at the property or included in any retreat activities. Guests can completely relax knowing they will not be navigating alcohol around the pool, at meals, or during evening gatherings. We provide a variety of fun and elevated alcohol-free options, including non-alcoholic wines and beverages, mocktails, sparkling waters, coffee, tea, and plenty of hydrating options throughout the weekend. This retreat welcomes women at all stages of their alcohol-free journey, whether they are newly exploring life without alcohol or have been alcohol-free for years. The environment is warm, supportive, and judgment-free, with meaningful conversations, guided coaching, and plenty of opportunities to connect naturally with other women. Instead of alcohol-centered activities, guests can look forward to yoga, mindfulness, coaching, nourishing meals, pool time, a sound bath, movement, local experiences, laughter, meaningful conversations, and plenty of time to rest and recharge. Everything is designed to help women feel comfortable, included, connected, and excited about how joyful and fulfilling alcohol-free life can be.

A typical day

1. Morning

   Start the day with coffee, quiet time, and optional yoga or mindful movement, followed by a nourishing brunch.

2. Midday

   Gather for a guided coaching session, meaningful conversation, or a relaxed (or fun!) group activity designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the women around you.

3. Afternoon

   Spend time relaxing by the pool, reading, napping, or heading into downtown Palm Springs for shopping and exploring. There is plenty of space to make the afternoon your own.

4. Evening

   Enjoy dinner, fun alcohol-free drinks, laughter, and connection, followed by a special experience or time in the hot tub under the stars.

Is this trip right for you?

This retreat is for the woman who has already quit drinking or is committed to living alcohol-free, and who knows she feels better this way. She has a career or runs a business, is raising kids, becoming an empty nester, or entering a new season of life where she is finally asking what she wants now. You do not need a certain number of days, months, or years alcohol-free to belong here. You may be newly alcohol-free, years into it, or simply craving a weekend where alcohol is not part of the plan and you do not have to explain why. Guests will stay in a beautiful private Palm Springs home designed for relaxing, connecting, and enjoying the desert sunshine. Guests are responsible for transportation to and from the retreat house, which is a short rideshare from Palm Springs International Airport. Flights, airport transfers, rental cars, rideshares, and travel insurance are not included. Once you arrive, accommodations, meals, snacks, alcohol-free beverages, and scheduled activities are included.

I’m Jaime Andersen, an alcohol-free coach, retreat host, yoga instructor, runner, and founder of Amazingly Alcohol-Free Coaching. I help women create an alcohol-free life that feels joyful, confident, connected, and genuinely fulfilling. My retreats are designed for women who want more than simply taking a break from alcohol. They offer a supportive, fun, and judgment-free space to reset, reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and experience how vibrant alcohol-free living can be. Retreat experiences may include coaching sessions, yoga, mindfulness, movement, nourishing meals, alcohol-free drinks, meaningful conversations, local activities, plenty of laughter, and time to relax.
