I’m Cinderella de Groot, founder of Femme Flow®. I create retreats and experiences that blend somatic movement, dance, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing. My work supports women navigating life transitions, offering space to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and move forward with clarity and self-trust. I’m Cinderella de Groot, creator of FemmeFlow, a transformational coach and polyvagal therapy practitioner certified in energy healing. I’ve guided healing retreats in California, facilitated dance retreats in Puerto Rico, and owned a tourism business for seven years. For several years, I’ve coached women through the Rebuild Method, drawing on neuroscience and psychology to explore old patterns and practice new responses. I blend nervous system regulation, breathwork, sound healing, meditation, and movement with intuitive guidance. My retreats balance personal growth, relaxation and joy.
