The alcohol-free positioning

Alcohol Free to get the best clarity and creativity as possible! You don't have to be sober or sober-curious, you just need to be comfortable going on a retreat and not imbibing.. to gain the best insights you can during the Letting Go & Inviting In process. No alcohol is to be consumed during the retreat, even during personal time.

A typical day

1. Morning

   Coffee, journaling, perhaps a sunrise excursion.. a private yoga session or just relaxing and enjoying some time to explore your ideas.

2. Midday

   Lunch, a guided hike or forest bathing experience, coaching and working on what wants to be released and what what's to come in in it's place.

3. Afternoon

   Lounge by the pool or go to the park in Estrela and gaze up at the parrots in the trees.

4. Evening

   Dinner, closing circle, reflections, tea and dessert.

2 locations. 1st location, a private villa in the Portuguese countryside, 90-minutes south of Lisbon for 3 nights. Spacious private and shared rooms, yoga shala, sauna, pool, walking trail, gym and more! Then we move to The Magic House Retreat Center — a renovated, elevated bohemian sanctuary inside a century-old building in Lisbon, Portugal. With tastefully appointed, themed rooms (inspired by my favorite things; think sunrises, forests, beaches, rainbows, and of course magic), luxurious beds and linens, and the ultimate sense of comfort, you’ll want for nothing. After hosting multiple retreats and renting spaces in various locations throughout the US, Europe and Mexico, I’ve learned exactly what works and what doesn’t. The Magic House is the first retreat center of its kind, a place where women can gather, rest, and reconnect to their inner knowing, surrounded by beauty, comfort, and magic, all within a protected, alcohol-free environment designed for deep clarity and connection. The Magic House is a 4-bedroom flat with renovated spaces to relax, eat, connect, and live in the magic of you. Located in a historic building in the beautiful, quiet, and magical Estrela neighborhood in Lisbon, Portugal. Close to the Estrela Basilica, the first church in the world dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and Jardim de Estrela, a focal point for nature, community, and beauty in Lisbon. The Magic House is the perfect size and space for small, intimate gatherings, ideal for my personalized and custom retreats, accommodating up to 6-8 women—the ideal group size for true connection and transformation. Some shared and some private rooms available.

Travel Insurance is required. It's a simple Uber ride from the Lisbon airport to The Magic House, I will be helping you navigate this as the trip get's closer and can help answer any questions you have about flights. A detailed packing list and agenda is sent out a month prior to the retreats. You will not be left to navigate anything alone.

About the Host

I host small alcohol-free retreats at The Magic House Retreat Center in Lisbon, Portugal. We do all the things. Days are about connecting with your senses through touch, sound, taste and more: hiking, yoga, sound healing, non-touristy experiences throughout the greater Lisbon area. Women leave with tools they keep using long after they fly home, and they get to know themselves and how to care for themselves in a whole new way. Magic happens at The Magic House!
